Work
Things I’ve shipped, and the ones I still look after.
Two kinds of work below: products I own and support myself, and client projects built around how the business already runs.
Products I own and run
Real software with paying customers. I build it, host it, and answer the support emails. It’s the best proof I have that I ship things that keep working.

Plugin, WooCommerce and Square
Square Sync for Woo
My WordPress plugin that keeps products, stock, orders and customers in step between WooCommerce and Square, both directions. It comes with its own webhook relay and licensing platform, and has shipped 416 releases.

SaaS, wine club management
OnCloudWine
Wine club software for wineries: members, clubs, releases, card payments and shipping in one place. It started as a WordPress plugin and grew into a multi-tenant platform with its own member portal and seven provider integrations.

SaaS product, AI agent, Xero and Gmail
Flo
My own product: flo reads the invoices in your Gmail, codes them against your chart of accounts and files them into Xero, then asks in chat when something needs a human.

Plugin, WooCommerce and Vinoshipper
Vinoshipper for WooCommerce
A WooCommerce plugin that lets US wineries keep their own checkout and payment gateway, while orders to states they aren't licensed for are handed to Vinoshipper for compliance and shipping. Tracking comes back automatically.
Client projects
Named with the client’s permission. Each one is a business that had a process running on spreadsheets, email and goodwill, and needed software that fit how they already worked.

Ops dashboard, WooCommerce, Keap and Meta
TakeShape Adventures operations dashboard
A staff operations dashboard for an adventure travel company: every departure's manifest and check-in, trip pages edited and published back to WordPress, and the Keap and Meta automations that used to live in third-party glue, all running off one Postgres database.

Internal tool, private credit funds
Investor onboarding for Bowery
An internal onboarding workspace for a private credit fund manager. Staff upload a signed application, check what the app read off it, work Bowery's 26-item AML/KYC checklist, and the result is filed into their Microsoft 365 investor register.

Dealership platform, licence scanning, e-signing
KIR
A mobile-first platform for a prestige used-car dealership to run test drives and loan cars: stock imported from their website, licences read by the phone camera, agreements signed on the spot or by text link, and a live view of every car that is out.
